The pictures were good, but the bulb was even better in person! The artist is so talented that she captured every tiny detail in the photo that I sent her. It was beautifully packaged, too. When my husband opened it, he told me it was the best gift he’s ever received!

This is the second custom ornament I purchased as a gift for christmas.

I was looking for something unique, beautiful, and not a standard painting that may not match their other art. This was the perfect gift. To hopefully help fellow U.S. customers, shipping notifications will probably be confusing! I got a "delivered" notification way earlier than I expected and panicked that it was delivered to the wrong address. It turns out it was the notification it was delivered to the United States UPS station. The package was safely and successfully delivered a handful of days later (more aligned with the original estimate).

Went above and beyond to create a beautiful ornament of my mom and grandfather.

I was late responding to messages and she kept moving with the order and promises exquisite ornaments. Absolutely 100% kept her promise. The ornaments are beautiful. I can’t wait to give them to my boyfriend’s daughters. They were also delivered pretty quickly after shipping and were wrapped up and very well protected. Came in a cute container too. I would’ve wanted the full picture with the boat in the background and the gold glitter lettering on the back. Overall it’s nice though and hand painted well.
